1. Return Eligibility
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that final sale items, personalized items, and limited edition products cannot be returned.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at hola@shopbou.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send instructions on how to complete your return, including where to send the item if approved.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For Domestic Orders: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value if you need a different size or color. To request an exchange, please contact us at hola@shopbou.com.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.
